Fancy having your heart broken? Well you've come to the right place. What's it about? I thought I knew when I wrote it but, when Bella sang it, she believed it to be about something completely different. So it's not fair to say - best to let you decide.

Bella's made a great job of a very tricky vocal. The song starts simply with a very weird piano, throws in guitars, synths and drums then ends up with a fair bit of an orchestra.... Kitchen sink arranging as in 'throw in the lot!'

The tech bit:-

Recorded / mixed and mastered in Presonus Studio One 4 through a Focusrite Clarett 4
Vocals recorded through a Shure SM7B
Drums were Toontrack SD3
Percussion was Shimmer, Shake, Strike
Guitar was a PRS Vela through a Selah Sounds profile on the Kemper
Piano, entire orchestral band and little flutey patch from NI Komplete
Reverb was Fabfilter Pro-R
EQ / Compression / De-Essing / saturation were Izotope Nectar, Neutron and Ozone
Softube Tape doing its magic on the master bus.

So I wrote a long list of all the things I couldn't say
Put the list in a bottle and cried as I threw it away
